How It Works

Manage Tracking Budgets in Xero

Use the Xero "Budget Manager" feature to create and update tracking budgets using Xero Tracking Categories.

Select Budgets

Choose which budgets you want to consolidate and for which time periods. This could be consolidating all tracking budgets into an "Overall Budget" or rolling up specific budgets into a larger group.

Connect Xero Account

Connect your Xero account to provide the tool with read-only access to your budgets. Using Xero's API, the tool will automatically fetch your budget data.

Import File into Xero

Once the tool consolidates your selected budgets, you can import a specially formatted file into Xero. Done!
